Mr. Wittenberg is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Ion Partners. He advises growth companies in the technology and telecom industries. Mr. Wittenberg is actively involved in developing new business for the firm as well as executing transactions for software, Internet, digital media, telecom, mobile and hardware companies. Mr. Wittenberg is experienced in mergers & acquisitions, capital-raising, IPOs, and restructuring advisory. Prior to co-founding Ion Partners, Mr. Wittenberg was a Senior Vice President in the Technology & Telecom Investment Banking Group of KeyBanc Capital Markets. Mr. Wittenberg was previously an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and Ladenburg Thalmann. Mr. Wittenberg graduated from Amherst College with a B.A. in Economics and from the Yale School of Management with a Masters in Public and Private Management (M.P.P.M.), focusing on Finance and Strategy.

Mr. Olbrys is a Managing Director and General Counsel of Ion Partners.  For over 20 years, he has advised clients on the financial, strategic, and legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and joint-ventures. Mr. Olbrys has worked on transactions in the U.S., Europe and Asia with a focus on the software, Internet, eLearning, digital media, mobile applications, information services, telecom and semiconductor sectors. Prior to joining Ion Partners, Mr. Olbrys was an M&A banker at Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) and prior to that, an M&A attorney at Skadden in New York. Mr. Olbrys earned a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in International Policy Studies from Stanford, a J.D. from The University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall), and an M.A.L.D. from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.

Mr. Armstrong is a Managing Director of Ion Partners and a partner at the law firm of White Summers Caffee & James. Mr. Armstrong has been in practice for over 30 years with an emphasis on representing companies and investors in venture capital financings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and general corporate matters. His practice includes representation of companies and investors in various industries including software, information services, cleantech, telecom, Internet, medical devices, consumer goods and entertainment. Mr. Armstrong has spoken extensively on representation and financing of growing technology companies. Mr. Armstrong earned a BA from Pomona College and a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
